“parking not so good, found nails out in parking lot, picked them up, fire alarm went off at 6:30 am”

“Its a beautiful view for sitting and watching the waves come in. The only thing wrong was no regular blankets to throw over yourself. Everything else was excellent”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!”

“The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!”

“Our stay overall was very good. Room was clean bed was comfortable the view of the ocean was very nice. The pools were clean in the morning but got rather dirty with debris etc by midday. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant across the street was awesome!”

“Well I am sorry to say for total of $433/ night or $1332 total 3 nights this was not a real pleasant experience. Entrance lobby, elevators, hallways were musty and dirty. Restaurant was in a shambles.. turned ringer off and would never answer. Closed 8 and 9 weekends . The worst was a unwashed bath towel covered in Feces stains. Absolutely horrible. Fortunately the maid said oh I'm so sorry sir they must have not washed it and put it in the wrong pile for us to restore the rooms. I was……

“Our room was not very clean. You could see cobwebs in the corners. The toilet did not flush properly and the shades could not be brought up because the string was broken. The room needed updating. In general, the property was not well maintained. Bathroom towels were placed outside of rooms by some guests but were not picked up by staff. At breakfast, some of the outdoor tables still had to be bussed from previous night. The view was spectacular but the place needs to improve!”
